Our promise
IkigaiApp helps you reflect on who you are and what you want to do. That takes trust. Here is what we do to earn it.
Your personal data is encrypted.
Your e-mail, name, nickname and everything you write (journal, to-dos, Daily Anchors, flashcards) is encrypted before it is stored. Without the keys, which are never kept in the database, that data cannot be read.
We don't know who does what.
Our statistics count page views, not people: no user ID, no IP address, no third-party trackers, no advertising.
We don't sell your data or train AI on it.
We do no marketing and hand data to no third party: only the technical providers listed in our privacy policy process it, to keep the service running. We never use it to train models.
AI is always disclosed.
When text is generated with AI, a label tells you so. We send AI only what it needs, never your name or e-mail.
When you leave, your data leaves with you.
You can download all your data at any time. If you delete your account, we immediately delete everything linked to you. Data we no longer need expires on its own.
Administrators use two-step verification.
Access to the admin area requires a password or link plus a 6-digit time-based code. Sensitive actions are logged, without personal data in clear text.
We tell the truth, including in our legal pages.
Our privacy policy describes what the code actually does. If something changes, we update the policy first.
